172 lbs to be exact of Iron weight plates + 5' bar and 2 dumbbell bars with rubber grip, all bars are solid and have spin lock clamps. You can do plenty with this nice space saver set, make dumbbells up from 5 lbs empty bar up to 50 lbs each in 5 lb increments just for starters. $150 Firm
