Full Time Driver (Transportation Director) – Senior Living Community (Monday - Friday)
We're a warm, active 94-unit senior living community in Eugene looking for a reliable, friendly Full Time Driver (Director of Transportation) who enjoys helping seniors stay connected, independent, and engaged!
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
If you enjoy meeting new people, providing excellent customer service, and making someone's day a little easier, this is the perfect role! You'll safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and other scheduled destinations while creating a welcoming, positive experience every time they ride.
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with older adults
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
A safe driver with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check
Prior experience driving seniors, shuttles, or passenger vehicles is a plus but not required
