Position Overview
This role combines driving and leading moving crews on residential and commercial jobs. You’ll operate a 26 ft box truck, supervise helpers, and ensure safe, efficient and high-quality moves.
Local moves in Eugene/Springfield and surrounding areas
Occasional day trips (e.g., Portland, Bend)
Some overnight/out-of-state jobs as needed
Pay & Benefits
From $21/hour DOE + tips & bonuses
30-40 hours per week during peak season

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 26 ft box truck
Lead and work alongside a moving crew
Load/unload household and commercial items with care
Deliver excellent customer service at every job
Follow schedules, directions, and safety procedures
Desired
Minimum 2 years of professional moving experience or experience in an industry-related field such as appliance or furniture delivery
Experience driving a 26 ft box truck (required)
Valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)
Clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)
Ability to lift and perform physical labor for 8+ hour shifts
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Additional Qualifications
Active DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
Ability to pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening
Experience with logistics or freight is a plus
Work Environment Expectations
Fast-paced, physically demanding work
Must be able to lift, bend, twist, stoop, and walk for extended periods
No drinking or drug use on job sites
