This is an older made in USA unit and it includes everything but the dust bag. It does have the vacuum cleaner adapters and the blade wrench and comes with a sharp 4 inch blade already installed. This unit is in excellent condition and is barely used.

This DW682K Heavy-Duty Plate Joiner Kit is powered by a 6.5 Amp 10,000 RPM motor for working with hard woods. This plate joiner features a dual rack and pinion fence that ensures blade and fence are always parallel for accurate joints every time. The integral one-piece fence is adjustable allowing the user to tilt it from 0-90°. With this DEWALT plate joiner, you can also make flush cuts at 0° without needing to remove the fence. The non-marring, heavy-duty aluminum shoe allows the user to clamp the plate joiner for stationary work.
