This apartment in my house features a spacious livingroom/kitchen with newer fridge and stove, built in bookcase, kitchen table, windowed front door & French doors to a shared hallway that accesses a large laundry room. Across the hall, is a roomy bedroom with a window, large closets and the bathroom which is tiled. Rent includes utilities. There is a nice back yard with flower and vegetable gardens. We encourage recycling and composting. The neighborhood is close to downtown with a high biking & walking score. Not far from the University of Oregon with good transit access.
