Neoprene, 100% waterproof, lightweight, comfortable and flexible. Non-marking, slip-resistant Chevron outsole. Designed for traction and stability even in challenging conditions. Made for a women's foot. Can wear tall or rolled down. Not insulated. Bought these when I left my Hunter boots at a friend's house out of state. Didn't wear them much before I got the Hunter boots back from her. I don't need two pairs of boots. Not sure what these would retail for new as they now only make the 15" boot at $165-$170. The 12" probably would run about $20 less. I normally wear a size 9 1/2 athletic shoe and got this in a10 based on the recommendation to size up. Send phone contact info if interested.
