Looking for one serious artist, producer, engineer, songwriter, podcaster or content creator who wants consistent access to a professional recording studio without having to build or maintain their own space.
I’m offering shared monthly access to my recording studio in Toronto/Etobicoke for $800 per month. This is ideal for someone who records or creates regularly and wants a reliable professional environment they can return to throughout the month.

Studio use can include:
• Vocal recording
• Music production and beat making

The studio includes a professional control room and dedicated vocal booth and is already set up for music production and recording. Selected verified equipment includes an Avid C24 console, Apollo 6x, Apollo 16 and Apollo Twin X interfaces, Genelec 8040B monitors and a Neumann M47 tube microphone. You may bring your own equipment as well.
Important: This is shared access, not an exclusive private lockout. I also use the studio and am looking for one reliable monthly renter who will respect the equipment, studio and scheduling arrangement.
Monthly rate: $800
