š¹ 1. INSIDE SALES & WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ā FULL TIME
š° Hourly Wage + Sales Commission
This is a hands-on position combining warehouse operations with sales. We're looking for someone who can manage daily warehouse responsibilities while actively generating and closing their own sales.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and shipping containers
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Palletize, package, and prepare equipment orders for shipping
Pick and fulfill customer orders
Meet customers at the warehouse and assist with equipment purchases
Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings
Respond to customer inquiries, generate leads, and close your own deals
Assist with inventory management and general warehouse operations
Answer sales calls
Ideal Candidate:
Forklift operating experience
Comfortable with physical warehouse work
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience or a willingness to learn
Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Heavy equipment knowledge is an asset
š¹ 2. OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES ā FLEXIBLE HOURS
š° 100% Commission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential
We're also looking for motivated outside sales representatives to help expand our customer base throughout Ontario.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and local networking
Connect with contractors, landscapers, construction companies, and equipment operators
Promote our excavators and heavy equipment attachments
Build relationships with customers in your territory
Work with our team to provide quotes and close deals
