The good news: Selling for $500 or best offer, "as is" and YOU remove from property where located.
The odometer shows approx. 60K on it, because a 1999 Chevy V8 gasoline engine, with approx 80K miles on it, was installed in 2017. It has only been driven approx. 400 miles since then. On the inside, it looked like it did when it came from the factory, custom made for the first owner (with a 55 gallon fuel tank factory installed). It sleeps 6 or more, with a sofa in back which makes into a twin or double bed, a larger than double bed in the over head sleeping area (good for tall people) & a dinette booth with storage below, also makes into a bed. It has a nice size Dometic refrigerator/freezer which runs on propane or electric; a four (4) burner Magic Chef stove with oven & vented hood; a new microwave, vent cover & cable TV hookups (installed in 2014), double stainless steel sinks; a shower, toilet & two mini fans at each end of the RV. A new air conditioner (installed in 2014, but never used); a new radio/CD player (wired & installed in 2015); a heater; & the roof was resealed in 2015. It also comes with the following:
Leveling boards, a new sewer hose & connectors, new water hose, electric adapter, funnel, miscellaneous things in box in outside storage, cable TV wire, a CB radio (which may or may not work), the owner's manuals & both the first & last owners' receipts for work done & new items purchased. It has an awning, but I have NO idea of its condition. It does not have a generator, but there is a place for a small one.
The bad news: Recently, someone tried to install a new battery & used some type of starting fluid & it caught fire, melting some wiring & some of the dashboard. The fire was put out with a extinguisher. The bumper & both steps into the cab are rusted; and the curtains are 40 years old. It is believed that if a new battery is installed, it could be driven, but I'm not sure about it. It is at my daughter's house and I live in Oregon.
