This theft was most likely a 'team effort', consisting of a 'druggie' &/or petty criminal or two, who have been 'casing'/stealing things from my property over the past >year -- & a higher level couple of criminals who ~know motorcycles & who have/had access to a vehicle & trailer, or a cube or similar van, large enough to hide this striking Collector motorcycle.
IF you live on Tillicum Rd., say between the Gorge & the Trans Canada Highway & near vicinity to the North & South thereof & have a security camera, please check your recording for anything that might be suspicious/fits a 'getaway' on the night in question.
I am offering a reasonable REWARD for info. resulting in the timely recovery in good condition of this Classic motorcycle -- irrespective of whether or not you were involved in this theft or not....
Alternatively, I am offering a $3,000. REWARD for info. leading to the arrest, conviction & incarceration of the persons chiefly responsible/involved in this brazen theft.
And IF you're a motorcyclist -- & especially a Classic BMW 'Flying Brick' enthusiast -- let me &/or your local Police know if you're offered ~suspect-provenance parts from a 1980s K75 or K100 -- quote Saanich Police File No.: SA26-14599.
