I'm selling our Ashley Furniture Sofa and love seat. Both have power recliners
They are a microfiber material and easy to clean. We purchased it 5 years ago brand new from Ashley for $2,200.
Only selling because we purchased a new set.

In great shape no stains and all recliners work. Only issue is the sofa has a few small tears "really small" thats been patched with microfiber patches. look at the pics.
Loveseat is in perfect condition
matching patche kit will come with the set.
Hard to tell and do not show with decorative pillows. Selling as a set only

Furniture, love seat, couches, sectional, costco, couch, etc
