This is an old house that needs to be moved or tore down.

The main/original house is very old, built very strong, square, and likely has lots of good lumber in it. Approximately 608 sq ft (approx 16'x38').
An addition was added many yrs later. It is approximately 336 sq ft (approx 14'x24').

This house is not livable but would make a great chicken house, goat barn, woodshed, storage, etc.
