Hello, we are currently looking for a short term rental due to our current place is in pending/sale mode for closing on Oct 6th. We live in Wallace NC looking to move/buy a house in SW Virginia. A rental location would be ideal in that area, but at this point since closing is close we need a “base camp” if you will while we search for a permanent home. We are empty nesters. I’m retired and April works from home. We are non smokers, non drinkers. We have a well behaved crate/house trained female german shepherd named Gracie. She loves the outdoors. We are looking for a small house with limited to no neighbors (country) would be ideal. We are in down-sizing mode. We have $700 to $1200 we could possibly do, willing to discuss.
