Hello, we are currently looking for a rental due to our current place is in pending/sale mode for closing on Oct 6th. We live in Wallace NC looking to buy a house in the future. A rental location would be ideal in the area, but at this point since closing is close we need a place while we search for a permanent home. We are empty nesters. I’m retired and April works from home. We are non smokers, non drinkers. We have a well behaved crate/house trained female german shepherd named Gracie. She loves the outdoors.
