Employed Local Driver Seeking Temporary Parking / Place to Stay (Midland)

I’m putting this out there in case anyone has a property, yard, lot, shop, equipment area, or other location where having someone on-site after hours could be useful.
I’m not looking for a traditional place to stay. When I’m off work, I’m essentially going to be living out of my vehicle anyway. I’m simply looking for a safe place where I can park and have access to a restroom, porta-potty, shade structure, or similar. A place to shower or laundry would also be giant plus but not necessary for me.
In exchange, I’d be happy to provide a responsible presence on the property when I’m there. Having someone on-site can be a pretty simple deterrent to trespassing, theft, vandalism, or other activity that might otherwise go unnoticed. As first point of contact to observe and report anything unusual or contact the appropriate person or authorities if something needs attention.
I’m currently staying at my boss’s yard, but I’m transitioning to a new position with the City of Midland,
As a SolidWaste Driver.
I’m not asking for much — just a place to park safely when I’m not working and basic restroom access. If you have a property where this kind of arrangement might make sense, feel free to message me. I’m open to discussing what would be fair and mutually beneficial.
