I am a 34 year old female in an emergency housing situation. I cannot afford a hotel or AirBNB stay or get a place on my own without the help of a housing authority as I'm on a limited SSI income.
I have called around to every woman's and homeless shelter I can and all the beds are full. I only have until about 4 days from this posting to stay where I am. I have no immediate family and barely any friends and no one personal to me has any room for me.
I get SSI (994$ a month) and have a son that will be visiting me occasionally until I get a permanent place or can return home, so please no drugs or creepy arrangements. I can easily pay about 400$ a month (in case my stay is longer, my current predicament should only be temporary) and prefer female company.
I have no pets to speak of but I do smoke cigarettes and have no problem going outside. I have been clean and drug free since 2019.
I am pretty easy to get along with and keep to myself a lot. I am not loud or belligerent, nor do I associate with any drama if I can help it.
I only need a place until maybe the week or within the week after the 28th of this month. Please be prepared to have a purely platonic relationship as I am still married.
Again, my situation is temporary and I only need somewhere to go until after a court case is settled (nothing against me, I am just involved). September 28th is the next court date but I may have to stay longer, but were that to happen, I get my own money and can help pay on rent and utilities.
