We are looking for safe, professional drivers with a Class A CDL, acceptable background, 2 years of overall driving experience with verifiable 6-month container experience and tanker. Intermodal experience is a must have.
Here at General Express, we offer above market base pay with an outstanding incentive structure, providing our drivers their choice to comfortably balance their work & home life. Our drivers are home daily and compensated for their hard work appropriately.
Base rate: Starting $26.00 an hour with incentives.
Hazmat endorsement $2.00 additional hourly pay
Tanker additional pay based on load
Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement Preferred
$5.00 Night diff pay hourly
Overnights occasionally with layover incentive
6th day incentive paid at time and a half
