Take the ENTIRE setup shown in the photo for just $200 flat cash:
1. Modular Sectional Sofa: Multi-piece setup with deep, comfortable cushions. Completely modular—rearrange it into a long straight couch, an L-shape corner sectional, or break sections apart.
2. Matching Cushioned Ottoman: Great as an extra seat or footrest.
3. Solid Wood Coffee Table: Sturdy, low-profile wooden frame.
4. Artificial Grass Turf Mat: Heavy-duty synthetic turf rug to cleanly frame your new setup.
Condition & Sun Fading:
The entire set is structurally rock-solid, super stable, and very comfortable. Please note: The fabric has faded significantly more in the sun since the photo was taken, and shows typical outdoor storage dust and weathering. It is priced down cheap to reflect the sun fade, making it the perfect worry-free set for a garage, ranch patio, or outdoor shop hangout where you don't want to ruin a perfect indoor couch!
Location: Easy pickup in the Eloy / Casa Grande area right off the I-10. Wide-open yard space to back your pickup truck or utility trailer right up to it for a quick load-out.
Price: $200 cash for all of it. Must take the whole bundle. First come, first served!
Please Bring and truck and trailer
