Water, Sewer, Trash, & Gas for these units are billed through us. You just pay for electricity. The water heater, stove, and heat run off of natural gas, so the electric bill will be very low during the winter. And we have newer high efficiency AC units in most of the units. They are super quiet and are very nice.

Deposit for studio is 880.00 + 200 non-refundable cleaning deposit= $1080.00
Total move-in for this studio unit is $880 + $1080.00 = $1960.00
We also installed dual-pane windows in all of the units which make them much more comfortable in the summer and winter as they keep the hot or cold outside.
The complex also has free wi-fi for everyone which reaches all of the units. And it's pretty FAST. We offer the fastest speeds you can buy from CenturyLink. It is a smaller complex which is nice because its much quieter than some other complexes in Eloy.
