This bedframe worked perfectly until side board was broken . Has remote control that operates up/down((2 locations), Speed , vibration etc. Does need a twin mattress. I had intended to remove and Sell all of frame components ( linear actuators, Vibration unit, and all remote controls), but Do not have time or energy for any new projects. This bed (which is very heavy) could easily be put back in to service. It was VERY expensive at one time. ED
