We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our retail store’s inventory management and e-commerce operations.
Shopify backend experience is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
-Shopify Management: Create new product listings and enter upcoming and future products into the Shopify backend.
-Website Updates: Upload new products and keep product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information accurate and up to date.
-Inventory Receiving: Scan and verify all received merchandise using the Easy Scan system.
-Bill & Inventory Matching: Match vendor bills against received inventory to verify that the quantities and items billed correspond to the merchandise actually received before processing payments.
-Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report missing items, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, or differences between vendor bills and received inventory.
-Inventory Records: Maintain accurate inventory data and receiving documentation.
-Ongoing Data Entry: Ensure all new arrivals, product updates, and inventory changes are entered into the appropriate systems promptly.
Qualifications:
Required: Hands-on experience with the Shopify backend.
Experience creating and managing product listings, including future products.
Familiarity with Easy Scan or similar inventory scanning systems.
Experience reconciling vendor bills with received inventory.
Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
