• Location: Section: CROSS CBBC, Lot 291
• Type: Double Lawn Crypt (Accommodates two burials)
Buying a plot directly from the cemetery can be incredibly expensive. I am offering this pristine, unused plot at a significant discount to help a family pre-plan or manage immediate needs without the steep retail markup.
Plot purchase includes perpetual care (ongoing grounds maintenance forever) and the right to place a memorial marker. Additional items such as the burial vault, opening and closing fee, and headstone are quoted separately and you can speak with an advisor once you retain ownership.
A link to the park is below:

Asking Price: $3500.00 plus deed transfer fee (Cemetery retail value is approx. $5,300)
All ownership transfer paperwork will be handled safely and officially directly through the Fairview Memorial Park administration office. Serious inquiries only, please.
