About the Role
Rock Security Guard Service is seeking 2 strong, independent, and highly dependable individuals to provide overnight asset protection at a commercial construction site for our client, in Elm Mott, TX.
This is a stationary patrol position. You will be required to stay on-site for long shifts, conducting surveillance from inside your own personal vehicle to ensure raw materials, machinery, and the perimeter remain secure.
Experience & Requirements
• No prior experience is needed! We value reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic over a long resume.
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check
to hold and maintain a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Guard Card.
• Must have a reliable, working personal vehicle to sit in during the 12-hour shifts.
Available Schedules & Shifts
We are looking to fill two dedicated schedules immediately. Shifts run 12 hours continuous from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM:
• Schedule 1: Sunday through Wednesday (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Schedule 2: Thursday through Friday (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Core Responsibilities
• Maintain a continuous, vigilant watch over the commercial construction site from your vehicle.
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent trespassing, vandalism, or equipment theft.
• Conduct routine perimeter visual sweeps to ensure all client property remains locked and intact.
• Report any unusual activity or safety hazards immediately to dispatch.
