Like new ac window unit. we bought it because our central ac went out and we didnt know how long it would take to fix so this thing ran for a total of 4 days until we were able to get our central air fixed. I do still have the box but it got rained on as i forgot it in the back of my truck. comes with remote and owners manual 12000 btu fits windows 22-36 wide with minimum of 13.75 high. email me if interested
