We are looking for a highly responsible, organized, and results-driven professional with proven commercial sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple job sites independently.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take initiative, make sound business decisions, build client relationships, and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial cleaning and facility maintenance contracts.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, prepare estimates, and determine competitive pricing.
* Inspect job sites before and after completion to ensure quality standards are met.
* Supervise, coordinate, and communicate with cleaning crews and field employees.
* Manage daily operations, employee schedules, job assignments, and performance.
* Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure projects meet client expectations and company quality standards.
* Travel to job sites for client meetings, estimates, inspections, and operational support.
* Identify new business opportunities and help expand the company's client base.
* Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for employees and field operations.

Required Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in commercial sales, business development, or securing commercial service contracts.
* Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.
* Experience preparing estimates, pricing jobs, and negotiating with commercial clients.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate employees.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and accountable.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and job sites.
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, as required for company vehicle use.
* Willingness to travel locally for business meetings, estimates, and inspections.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $82,000
Company vehicle available for business-related travel.
