• 28%–30% of gross (1099)
• Reefer OTR
• $2,500–$4,200 weekly
• Detention & layover pay
• Prepaid CAT scale
• 24/7 dispatch & logbook support
• 24/7 roadside assistance
• Safety bonuses: $500 / $300 / $100
• PrePass & BestPass
• No forced dispatch
• Trucks equipped with fridge + inverter Volvo and Freightliner with Automatic transmission.. $150 layover per day ( for breakdown, or delay at pick up or delivery)
✅ Home Time Options
• 3 weeks out / up to 5 days home
• 4 weeks out / up to 7 days home
• Flexible home time available
Orientation & Onboarding
• Orientation duration: 2–3 hours
• Drug test required
• Flight ticket reimbursed on your first settlement (or we can assist with booking)
✅ Requirements
• 2+ years CDL-A experience
• Valid CDL-A
• No DUI / No accidents
• Not in SAP
• Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 2 years
