I'm looking for a Co-Founder who is an Electronics Engineer who can design and build prototypes on his own with my guidance.
I myself is a Mechatronics Engineer but as a CEO of this future company, I'm busy with the business and finance side of the venture.
I already did a market research and block diagram of the consumer electronics product that I envision where in this IoT device will be used in the entire household here in Japan. I already gathered the electronic components and modules to build a working prototype.
Job Description:
Electronic circuit / schematics design and analysis.
PCB layout design.
Microcontroller programming.
User interface design.
Enclosure design.
Technical documentation and bill of materials.
PCB design software: KiCAD or Altium
Circuit simulator: Proteus or EasyEDA
CAD for enclosure: FreeCAD or Autodesk Inventor or SOLIDWorks
Programming language: C++
Programming IDE: Arduino IDE or VS Code
IoT Microcontroller: ESP-32 S3
Electronic components and tools is provided and ready for prototyping.
Software, books and video lectures will be provided if you require.
Nice to have: Osciloscope, Signal Generator, Power Supply, 3D Printer.
(I will provide these equipment in the future if you don't have it)
Better if you can vibe code using Claude or Google Antigravity. But make sure you can read the codes generated by AI and debug yourself.
This is not a salary based position. You are a Co-Founder, which means we will work even before the company is built. You will be paid in the percentage of the company's profit. Please don't quit your day job yet. Work on this project during your free time.
