1991 Lance LC900 truck camper. Floor length is 11' - 3", dry weight is 2,410# (from Lance specifications). Long bed truck is required. Exterior is in very good condition and interior is in excellent condition. Exterior has minor dings from 35 years of use, but there are no leaks. I have been in it during major downpours and stayed dry and comfy. Equipment includes power jacks with remote control, twin 20# propane tanks, Onan 2.5 kw propane powered generator, roof AC, propane furnace, 5cubic foot three-way refrigerator, microwave oven, 4 burner propane range with oven, range hood with system monitoring panel, new window shades all around, large crank-out awning on the side, AM/FM stereo with CD player, 6 gal. water heater with automatic pilot light, 40 gal. fresh water tank, 22 gal. gray water and 28 gal. black water holding tanks. Full wet bath and outside shower. A new house battery was installed this summer. Everything works perfectly. Rear bumper has been rehabed and painted since photos were taken. Email or text if interested.
