-I used to brush my retainers after soaking them in a warm cup of water where I let the retainer cleaning tablet dissolve. Now I just run them through the 3 minute cycle and then rinse them off under a trickle of water. Once or twice a week.
- You can use the retainer cleaners in this device too or just water as an option, I prefer using the cleaning tablets with this device.
