SKILLED CONCRETE WORKERS NEEDED (Central/West El Paso)

Location: El Paso, TX – Central/West El Paso toward the Santa Teresa area
Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional concrete experience
Highly Preferred: 10–15+ years of concrete experience
People Source is hiring experienced Skilled Concrete Workers for a project in West El Paso near the Santa Teresa area.
This is not an entry-level or general labor position. Candidates must have at least 4 years of professional concrete construction experience. We are especially interested in highly experienced concrete professionals with 10–15+ years in the trade.
Relevant Experience May Include:
-Setting, aligning, bracing, and stripping concrete forms
-Foundations, footings, walls, columns, slabs, and equipment pads
-Concrete placement, spreading, screeding, leveling, and finishing
-Reading measurements, elevations, layouts, and construction plans
-Installing embeds, anchor bolts, and concrete components
-Concrete patching, grinding, chipping, and surface repair
-Using hand tools, power tools, and concrete equipment
-Working with concrete crews during pours and finishing operations
-Maintaining quality and jobsite safety standards
Requirements:
-Minimum 4+ years of professional concrete experience
-Skilled concrete experience required; general construction labor alone does not qualify
-Commercial concrete experience strongly preferred
-Must be able to explain previous concrete duties and projects
-Must be dependable and able to report to the West El Paso jobsite
-Must be able to safely perform physical construction work throughout the shift
-Must follow all project and jobsite safety requirements
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $18.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. Candidates with extensive concrete experience, multiple skill sets, and the ability to work independently may qualify toward the higher end of the range.
