Position Summary:
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• AM Line Cook
• PM Line Cook
These roles are ideal for skilled cooks with at least six (6) months of professional kitchen experience who are ready to contribute to a dynamic, high-quality culinary operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all food preparation in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Maintain precise portioning, labeling, and storage of all food items
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations, storage areas, and refrigeration units
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding inventory and operational needs
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and timely service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
• Minimum of six (6) months of professional kitchen experience
• Strong foundational skills in vegetable preparation and knife techniques
• Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Compensation & Schedule:
• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour or based on experience
• Full-time employment
• Paid Sick Leave
