I'm currently in a lease that ends 11/1/26 with a local property management company. I'm a 56 yr. old male employed F/T at a local grocery store. No wife, kids, gf. Just me.
Preferably 1st floor due to the fact that I have an electric bike that's NOT lightweight to carry up a flight of stairs. Work and personal references. Background check not a problem.
Drug and alcohol free. I don't even smoke weed. I've got customers that come into the store that smell like a pot farm! To each their own just not for me.
