I am a mature, nonsmoking, and quiet professional (man) relocating to Florida. Preference for Miami Beach or the east parts of Miami. I do not speak Spanish. I am looking for a studio/efficiency (i.e., with a kitchenette) or a room in a condo, house, or apt-share (with use of full kitchen).
