There is a small shared reception area that is tastefully decorated. The shared office has large windows and a sink and would be yours Thursday-Sunday or possibly Friday to Monday.
Space is available with a 6-12 month lease.
Monthly rent will be $500, assuming electric use do not increase substantially. A deposit equal to the monthly lease is required but may be split between the first and the second month. If after meeting it feels like a good fit and you wish to sign a lease, there will be a credit/background check that costs $45.
