These are new and still in the original packaging. They have never even been pulled out. I purchased them so I would have them in my motorhome, as I needed chains. This is the second set I have purchased; the first one lasted four years, as I drove up and back to Stevens Pass every week to go skiing.
See tire size chart. My tires were 225/70R19.5
