DESCRIPTION: Local RV! This RV is in great condition inside and out and has been well cared for. It has almost-new tires, and the generator and refrigerator were recently serviced. The refrigerator is working properly and gets nice and cold. The slide-out provides additional living space, making the interior feel much larger, and it also has automatic entry steps. AC, awning, you name it.
It is 31 feet long.
The interior is clean and fresh with no smoke smell, no pet hair, and no unpleasant odors. The roof is in excellent shape with no leaks, and the water system runs and works properly. There are no known mechanical issues, and it drives reliably. 48 records from CarFax.
The ceiling has artwork done with spray paint by the family who previously owned the RV. This was intentionally done by them, and in person it looks cute and adds some character to the interior.
Overall, this is a clean, well-maintained RV that is ready to use. With recent service to the generator and refrigerator, almost-new tires, a working slide-out, automatic stairs, a solid roof, and a clean interior, it is worth coming out to see in person. I took it for a trip with my wife and it drives as it should no issues, its a great Rv. Ready to hit the road. For any questions or to make appointment, please call: (206) 335-8277
