Growing permanent exterior lighting company looking for experienced roofing, solar, gutter, siding, and exterior construction subcontractors for residential installation work.
If you already know how to safely work on roofs, ladders, soffits, fascia, and exterior elevations, this is a relatively easy trade to add to your skill set.
We install permanent architectural LED lighting systems on residential homes. Most installs are completed along soffits, fascia, rooflines, and other exterior architectural details.
We are specifically looking for people with experience in:
• Roofing
• Solar installation
• Gutters
• Siding
• Exterior remodeling
• Fence / construction crews
• Other ladder and roof-intensive trades
Permanent lighting experience is NOT required.
What matters more is that you:
• Are comfortable working on residential roofs and ladders
• Know how to work cleanly around finished homes
• Can use drills, impact drivers, hand tools, and basic installation equipment
• Understand exterior construction and how homes are put together
• Show up when you say you will
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Take pride in clean, straight, detailed work
This can be a strong opportunity for an independent contractor or existing crew looking to add another revenue stream.
We are open to:
• Individual subcontractors
• 2–3 man crews
• Roofing or solar crews with downtime between projects
• Experienced installers looking for additional work
• Crew leaders capable of managing jobs independently
There may also be opportunities for people who can help with estimates, sales, canvassing, or generating their own projects.
Work is primarily residential.
Compensation is project-based and depends on experience, capabilities, and whether you are working independently or bringing a crew.
