Mill & Woods is a family-owned hardwood flooring company. We've been in business since 1964. We take reclaimed and new lumber and turn it into finished flooring and wall paneling for high-end homes.

We need a hard worker for the mill floor. You'll be part of the crew that takes old wood and makes it into something great.

**What you'll do:**
- Pull nails, metal, and junk out of reclaimed boards
- Feed and catch on resaws, the moulder, and the sanders
- Sort and grade boards, and cut out bad spots
- Stack, bundle, and move material with a forklift
- Keep your area clean and help load trucks

**What we're looking for:**
- Shows up on time, every day
- Can lift 50+ lbs and stand all shift
- Safe around machines. Pays attention.
- Mill, sawmill, cabinet shop, or woodworking experience is a plus. Not required. We'll train the right person.
- Forklift experience is a plus

**What we offer:**
- $18-25 / hr depending on experience
- Full time, Mon–Fri, [hours]
- Steady work year round
- Room to grow into machine operator or lead roles
