For the remaining summer months, thinking about doing more power washing of wood decks and fences. There is a good product I heard of (Wood Wizard) is supposed to work real good. Will do a job shortly to test it out. It is about $40 a gallon from a store.
-- For cement and other power washing, pool bleach (shock) is only $5 a gallon and goes a long way.
Would like to find work that is closer by, as close as possible, but possibly within a 25 radius, and not real big jobs as of now. I am 58 years old and moreso looking for the size of jobs that I can take on myself when a worker isnt avaialble, and that might not be in a huge hurry. If I get busy, then I can look into a helper or two to get a job done that requires a quicker time.
Can do work for residential, commercial, flippers, rentals.
