This bedroom is small, but you will have access to the rest of the house. I have space we can set aside for an office if you work remote. Utility cost included in rent and no additional fees aside from a $500 security deposit.

The room is furnished, but if you have your own furniture I can move the stuff out.

Inside Easton city limits about a mile off route 50. Within walking distance of a grocery store and several shops/restaurants.

There are 2 people in the house currently, but you will be sharing the bathroom with only 1 person.

Myself and my current roommate keep to ourselves and are orderly. We are very reasonable and easy to get along with.

We will have a meeting in a public place to get to know each other, then I will show you the house. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse.
