We offer steady work throughout Talbot County, MD, on a variety of construction and home renovation projects.
Responsibilities include:
•Performing rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, and door and window installation •Measuring, cutting, and installing materials accurately
•Working independently and alongside other crew members
•Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
•Treating customers, their homes, and fellow workers with respect
Qualified applicants must have:
•At least 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience
•A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•The ability to pass a background check •A dependable work ethic and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
•The ability to follow directions, solve problems, and communicate clearly
