EXPERT TILE INSTALLER NEEDED – STEADY BATHROOM WORK ( Central Jersey )
Looking for an experienced, professional tile installer for steady, ongoing bathroom work. Expert craftsmanship, precise layouts, and clean work are required.
We need someone who can take responsibility for the entire tile installation and deliver a professional finished product without constant supervision, checking, or corrections.
QUALITY EXPECTATIONS:
• Plan and execute precise, balanced layouts with thoughtful cuts and proper alignment.
• Maintain straight, consistent grout joints and flat surfaces without uneven tile edges.
• Deliver clean cuts, accurate corners, and neatly finished edges, niches, and transitions.
• Complete clean, consistent grouting and neat silicone joints.
• Recognize potential problems before installing and communicate them immediately.
• Check your own work throughout the job and complete every detail correctly.
You must have proven experience with large format tile, mosaics, porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and a wide variety of tile sizes, patterns, and finishes. You must understand the appropriate setting methods, mortar coverage, and handling requirements for the material being installed.
JOBSITE CLEANLINESS IS REQUIRED — INSIDE AND OUTSIDE:
• Protect finished surfaces and keep tools and materials organized.
• Keep the bathroom, work areas, and walking paths clean throughout the day.
• Keep outdoor cutting and mixing areas clean, including driveways and surrounding property.
• Control dust and contain tile scraps, mortar, grout, and debris.
• Clean up daily and leave the property neat when the job is finished.
TILE INSTALLATION ONLY — ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED
Bathrooms will be prepped and waterproofed before you arrive. Your work includes reviewing the prepared surfaces, following planned layout, setting tile, grouting, and completing the finish details.
We provide tile, thinset, grout, silicone, and necessary installation materials. You supply your own professional tile tools, clips if you use them and reliable transportation.
We have bathrooms ready to go and want someone dependable for a long-term working relationship. Standard bathroom tile jobs are generally expected to take approximately 2–3 days, depending on size and complexity, while allowing required material curing times. Quality must remain consistent from start to finish.
