Does camping in the mountains and desert or along a river, lake or ocean sound good to you? Are you a snowbird or love to fish and engage in water sports? We have had 16 enjoyable years and are selling our Colorado River Adventures campground membership. You have the choice of camping 3 weeks in and one week out in the 9 member campgrounds along the Colorado River from Lake Havasu to Yuma, in Mexico, and in the California mountains and coast. Each campground is unique and offers much beside a simple campsite. We paid $10k for this upgraded "silver" level membership, and are selling it for the cost of the $1024.25 transfer fees plus Best Offer. Annual maintenance costs vary from $659 to $859 depending up whether you have already taken the membership tour. Fee is paid up through the end of 2026.
