This bike maybe has 30 miles tops on it. The majority of the time I’ve owned it was spent in my car port. The battery was stolen off of the bike while strapped to the back of my camper on a camping trip last summer. I will say I have done extensive research for replacement battery and you can find a perfectly good durable and dependable battery key and charging cord for 140$ on eBay or Amazon. The battery size for this bike is 36V 11.6 ah (417 wh) it comes with a bafang battery however that doesn’t mean you can’t use another 36 v 11.6 ah battery, they will work. I do not recommend going thru rei to purchase replacement battery, their tech support for these bikes are crap because they no longer make them and you will also spend double the amount I am asking for the bike on the battery alone. Just a little piece of advice.
