per the original gerstner ad: 13 drawers total. 2 vertical drawers for hand book and drill block. 2 fluted trays for rollable tools each holding 20 tools, three finished wood dividers with bullet catches on each end easy to fit into top ten drawers for grouping of medium size tools.

(this model appears to no longer be in production, however per the gerstner website, a similiar new chest direct from gerstner per their website is over $2,000 plus $80 - $100 for shipping and $120 or so for taxes for a total close to $2,200)
(on ebay they have recently sold used model 62 chests in LESSER condition for nearly $1,000 PLUS shipping and taxes, however this model for sale here in boise metro is also made with the scarcer american black walnut)
my father was a machinist and as such i also have a fair amount of machinist tools, gauges, etc also to sell seperately. he bought the gerstner tool box AFTER he retired, used it as a trophy reminder of his past, thus it was never used in an actual work setting, it is VERY clean as a result, with great condition green felt. he purchased it in the early 1980's. per my call to the Gerstner factory it was manufactured in 1981.
