**The Household**
You'll be sharing the townhome with one roommate (they/them) and one very sweet cat.
The home is LGBTQ+ friendly, and we're looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and a good fit for shared living.
**Lease Transfer & Security Deposit**
This is a lease takeover, not a sublease. Once approved by the landlord, you'll assume my existing lease through March 31, 2027, and I'll be removed from the lease.
As part of the lease takeover, you'll reimburse me for the $950 security deposit, which will remain on file with the property and is refundable at the end of the lease, subject to the lease terms and any applicable deductions.
**Incentives**
