Well taken care of daily driver for 20 years. Interior wear and tear as to be expected.
NO rust on chasis, doors, hoods or hinges.
Inspected this last 09/26 passed with all upgrades including:
Service and upgrades with papers - 09/26 Done by Expert Volvo in Lisbon (always serviced here)
All fluids up to date.
Inspected and passed 09/26 - 09/27
New Alternator
New Leaf Spring
Rear Muffler welded
Used all wheel drive shaft installed
4 brand new tyres (Douglas touring A/S 215/65R16 98H all season
(100 miles on then since install)
Full Oil Change +
Spark inspected- all good.
New Ignition Coil
New Flex Pipe (Meineke 10/02)
Air Bag Recall done w/ Goodwin Volvo and new air bag Mechanism installed.
Absolutely no accidents - all lights, steering in excellent shape.
Car drives well but below job will need to be done asap.
After all above was done and new tyres installed, car drove like a dream for 3 weeks then it apparently got a burned valve that would need replacement.
An expensive job for us (non mechanic) but a relatively inexpensive one for a mechanic (other than time of course).
If you can tackle this, our volvo has another 200k in her!.
I would like $900 to recover some of my components including tyre and alternator.
