Open to trades for a car or truck of equal value. This is a tiny home a friend of mine and myself started building. Our full-time work schedules have changed, and have made it difficult for us to continue working on it. We purchased this trailer specifically for tiny homes from tinyhousebasics.com. The trailer alone was nearly $10,000. Definitely has a great Scandinavian exterior look. Inside there are two loft spaces. Under the larger loft is room for a full kitchen. Under the smaller loft there is room for you own custom bathroom design. Our floorplan allowed for a washer/dryer combo in that space as well. We framed out that wall for a pocket door for space saving purposes. This shell is ready for some one to finish up the interior to their liking. The wood on the outside will need to be sanded and clear coated. House is 26' × 8.5: Would be a fun project to finish out. Please text for additional info!
