This Thule Excursion car-top carrier is a bit scuffed on the outside, but there are no cracks, chips, or dents. Its dimensions are approximately 55" long and 34" wide (volume is 13 cu ft or 369 liters). The rack attachments will fit any rack less than 4" wide and the midpoints of the attachments are 29.5" apart. All the hardware is in good shape. While it latches shut, I can't find the key for the lock, but there are ways to get the key or cylinder replaced (as well as other aftermarket locking solutions), or so I've read online. I bought this new and have only used it occasionally since; it has always been stored inside and I never kept it on the car in between camping trips. It doesn't fit my current vehicle, which has fixed rail mounts too far apart.
