This table and 4 chairs are solid oak. Yes, there is some wear but will clean-up nicely. It includes 2 pull-out leaves. Folded-up it is 34X35 inches. With both leaves out it is 35X56 inches. You can have just one leave out. Very solid all-around. As a bonus, it comes with everything you need to re-cover all 4 chairs. Includes 4 foam pads, new webbing and a new tool I bought to install the webbing properly. I paid $34 for the tool alone. It also includes nice fabric to go over the foam. A Y-tube video (many) will show you the whole process. I was going to do all this until medical issues wouldn't let me. You pick-up.
